1Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to or using LionOTT services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

These Terms apply to all users, including subscribers, free trial users, and resellers.

2Service Description

LionOTT is an IPTV streaming service that provides access to live TV channels, video-on-demand (movies and series), and related content via internet-connected devices.

The service is provided on an "as-is" basis. Content availability, channel lists, and features may change without prior notice.

3Subscriptions & Payment

• Subscriptions are available in 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month plans at stated prices.
• Payment must be completed before the subscription is activated.
• We accept Western Union, MoneyGram, Ria, WorldRemit, Remitly, and Binance Pay.
• Subscription credentials are delivered via WhatsApp within minutes of confirmed payment.
• Subscriptions are non-transferable — you may not share or sell your credentials.
• Renewals must be requested via WhatsApp before the subscription expires to avoid service interruption.

4Refund Policy

If you experience a technical problem, contact our support team on WhatsApp. We will work to resolve any legitimate issues promptly.

In cases of proven service failure on our end that cannot be resolved, we may offer a subscription extension at our discretion.

5Acceptable Use

By using LionOTT, you agree to:

• Use the service for personal, non-commercial viewing only (unless you are a registered reseller).
• Not share, resell, or distribute your account credentials to any third party.
• Not attempt to circumvent, reverse-engineer, or interfere with our service or servers.
• Not use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws in your country.
• Comply with copyright and intellectual property laws regarding the content you access.

6Account Credentials

• You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential.
• You must notify us immediately via WhatsApp if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
• We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your credentials.
• Credentials are linked to one subscription and must not be used on more than one device simultaneously.

7Service Availability

LionOTT aims to provide a reliable, high-uptime streaming service. However, we do not guarantee 100% uninterrupted availability due to factors including:

• Scheduled or emergency server maintenance.
• Internet connectivity issues on your end.
• Force majeure events (power outages, natural disasters, etc.).
• Changes to channel availability by content providers.

We will communicate planned maintenance via WhatsApp or Telegram when possible.

8Intellectual Property

The LionOTT brand, website, and related materials are the property of LionOTT. All content streamed through the service is the property of its respective rights holders.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from any content accessed through LionOTT without explicit authorization from the rights holder.

9Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LionOTT shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
• Loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruption.
• Content streamed through the service and its accuracy, completeness, or legality.
• Any issues caused by your internet connection, device, or third-party apps.

Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for your current subscription period.

10Termination

LionOTT reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if:

• You violate any of these Terms and Conditions.
• You share or resell your credentials without authorization.
• Your account is found to be used for illegal activities.
• Payment is found to be fraudulent or reversed.

In such cases, no refund will be issued. You may contact us to dispute any termination decision.

11Changes to These Terms

LionOTT may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers via WhatsApp. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
