How do I check when my subscription expires?

In most IPTV apps (like TiviMate or IPTV Smarters), you can find your expiry date under Settings → Account Info. You can also message us on WhatsApp and we'll check for you instantly.
How much does a subscription cost?

LionOTT works on Amazon Firestick, Android TV boxes, Samsung Smart TV, LG Smart TV, Android phones/tablets, iPhone/iPad, Apple TV, Windows PC, Mac, and MAG boxes. Basically any device that supports an IPTV player app.
Which app do you recommend?

We recommend our official Lion OTT App (available on the Download page). For other devices: TiviMate for Firestick/Android TV, SS IPTV for Samsung/LG Smart TVs, and IPTV Smarters Pro for iPhone and iPad.
How do I install the Lion OTT app?

Visit our Download page for step-by-step instructions. On Firestick and Android TV, use the Downloader app with code 2617378. On Android phones, download the APK directly from our site.
How do I set up on Samsung or LG Smart TV?

Install SS IPTV from your TV's App Store. Open it, go to Settings → Extensions → Add, choose Xtream Codes, and enter your username, password, and server URL. Full instructions on our Setup Guide page.
How do I set up on iPhone or iPad?

Download IPTV Smarters Pro from the App Store. Open it, tap Add New User → Login with Xtream Codes API, and enter your credentials. See our full Setup Guide for details.
Can I watch on my computer (PC or Mac)?
▾
Yes. Download VLC Media Player for free. Open VLC → Media → Open Network Stream, and paste your M3U link that we send you on WhatsApp.
My stream is buffering or freezing — what do I do?
▾
Check your internet speed — you need at least 10 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K/8K. Try connecting with an ethernet cable instead of Wi-Fi. In your app settings, increase the buffer size. If the issue continues, contact us on WhatsApp.
Some channels show "No Signal" or a black screen
▾
First, refresh your channel list in the app. Try a different channel to check if it's one specific channel or all channels. Check our server status on the Support page. If multiple channels are down, contact us immediately on WhatsApp.
My login credentials are not working
▾
Make sure you are entering the server URL, username, and password exactly as sent on WhatsApp — including the http:// and port number. Check there are no extra spaces. Also confirm your subscription has not expired. If still not working, message us on WhatsApp.
The EPG / TV Guide is not showing
▾
In your IPTV app, go to Settings and force a refresh of the EPG data. Make sure your device's date and time are set correctly (set to automatic). EPG loading can take up to 10 minutes after setup.
Movies and series are not loading
▾
VOD requires a good connection — at least 15 Mbps recommended. Try pausing the movie for 30 seconds to let it buffer. If a specific title always fails, let us know on WhatsApp.
I forgot my username or password
▾
No problem. Message us on WhatsApp with the name or phone number you used when subscribing, and we'll resend your credentials right away.
What payment methods do you accept?
